Afiza Abdullah, Executive Vice President – Resolution of PIDM, recently shared PIDM’s experience in crisis simulation exercises from the perspective of communications in a separate regional forum held on 21 February 2022.
The resolution workshop was hosted by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority as chair of the Study Group on Resolution of the Executives’ Meeting of East Asia-Pacific Central Banks (EMEAP) and comprised representatives from central banks, prudential and resolution authorities in the region.
The workshop provided a valuable platform for knowledge sharing among participants on regional crisis simulations, crisis communications, and technical policies and standards to enhance resolution preparedness.
