Malaysia Deposit Insurance Corporation Act 2011 ("PIDM Act") (updated as at 21 July 2023)

The PIDM Act provides for the continued existence of the Malaysia Deposit Insurance Corporation and sets out its objects and powers.

This version of the PIDM Act incorporates into the Malaysia Deposit Insurance Corporation Act 2011 the amendments made by the 2016 and 2022 Amendment Acts below.
